Return & Refund Policy

Return Process
1. Contact Us: Email our customer support team with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide a return authorization code.
2. Pack the Item: Include all components and clearly label the package with your order number and return code.
3. Ship the Package: Send the item to the return address provided by our customer service team.
4. Inspection & Refund: We'll inspect the product within three business days. If the product is found to be damaged or defective, we'll offer a replacement or full refund. If the product is in good condition but doesn't meet your expectations, we'll process a refund.

Special Cases

  • Customized Products: Unless defective, customized products are generally not returnable.
  • Promotional Items: Some promotional or sale items may not be returnable.

Additional Terms

  • Order Cancellation: Orders can be canceled before dispatch. Shipped orders cannot be canceled.
  • Dispute Resolution: We'll resolve any disputes fairly and efficiently through direct communication.

When to Return
1. Product Quality Issues: Items that are broken, flawed, or non-functional (but not as a result of abuse) may be returned or exchanged.
2. Incorrect Shipment: Did you receive the wrong item? We will be happy to provide a refund or exchange.

Return Time
After your order is delivered, you have seven calendar days to request a return. Ensure the item is:

  •  Unused
  • In its original packaging
  •  In resellable condition
  • With all original tags, labels, and accessories
  • Proof of purchase (order number, invoice, etc.) is required

Refund Method
Following receipt and approval of the returned item, your original payment method will be credited with the refund. Usually, processing takes seven to fifteen business days.

Return Shipping Fees

  • Defective products or our fault: We'll pay for the return postage. Provide the shipment receipt for reimbursement.
  • Other reasons (e.g., change of mind): The cost of return shipping is your responsibility.
